Georgia Plastic Surgery

This PRSA Silver Anvil award-winning program was developed for Georgia Plastic Surgery, which wanted to grow the cosmetic surgery portion of its practice.  A comprehensive PR program was developed and implemented, beginning with research (focus groups, media audit, secondary research and patient satisfaction survey).  The program included high-visibility media relations, seminars and community relations for the practice and the plastic surgeon to reach potential patients and potential referrers (spas, salons, women’s groups, etc.).  In a 17-month period, the number of cosmetic surgery procedures performed increased 291 percent and more than 2.7 million media impressions were generated in the Atlanta area.
